Adi has twenty years of experience managing HR and Talent Acquisition in the high tech industry. She brings vast experience supporting rapid growth and leading change within global startups, pre-IPO and public companies. Prior to joining Redis, she served as an HR Business Partner and Recruiting Leader at Apple (NSDAQ: AAPL), PrimeSense (acquired by Apple), and PTC (NSDAQ: PTMC).
Adi holds both a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and literature and a Master of Business Administration, specializing in information systems, from Bar-Ilan University.
